Refund Policy for OSHA Videohub Subscription-Based Streaming Safety Videos
This Refund Policy only applies to customers in the USA who have purchased a subscription based product after 24th May, 2024. Osha Videohub provides high-quality streaming safety videos and a Learning Management System (LMS) to help you maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Our products are available through both monthly and annual subscription plans. We understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund, and we aim to make this process as straightforward as possible.
Monthly Subscriptions:

- Refund Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your monthly subscription, you may request a refund within the first 3 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

- Pro-Rated Refunds: Refunds for monthly subscriptions will be issued on a pro-rated basis, covering the unused portion of the subscription from the date of the refund request.

- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, but no further charges will be made.
Annual Subscriptions:

- Refund Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations:

- Service Disruptions: Refunds will not be issued for service disruptions or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, technical issues with third-party providers, or force majeure events.
