Sexual harassment is any form of unwelcome sexual conduct. This can include written, verbal or physical acts. These incidents can happen in person or online. If an incident is reciprocated, consensual or welcome and is based on mutual attraction or friendship then it is not sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment represents a serious risk to health and safety. It is important to not only implement effective control measures but also to continually check these control measures to ensure they are working. Sexual harassment... a lack of awareness is not an excuse.
